NOTE: Please choose something that is at least 6 months past and contains no proprietary or confidential information.

Please highlight the following elements in your response:

• The main problem you were trying to solve
• The main alternatives or options you were considering
  
• The other key people involved in the decision, and their roles
  
• What your expectations were at the time about outcomes
  
• How you “sold” management and peers on the decision
  
• A brief reflection on the actual outcomes
