"Develop Wisely" is an operating philosophy we keep in mind when we solve problems.  It is our commitment to immerse and reflect, so that we are constantly taking a fresh look and making good decisions as we are going.  It is an overaching belief that wisdom, which is based on experience, plays an enormous role in productivity and decision-making, since the person who has seen many problems has a better grasp of which ones to resolve and which ones to let go.

"Advanced Decisions" refers to the conscious process of open-minded decision-making.  A decision is "advanced" when a person takes the time to understand a situation clearly, think through factors and consequenes, creatively identify options, evaluate methods for decision-making, and move forward confidently.  The ability to step back and see broader implications of a decision, and still act with timeliness is the hallmark of a truly great developer, architect or consultant.  In knowledge work like management, engineering and software, where the value is in the thinking, the ability to make "advanced" decisions separates average to good workers from top performers.
