Gary L. Felberbaum. Principal
Gary Felberbaum consults on technology and engineering best practices. His specific areas of specialization are software architecture, embedded system technology and real-time systems. In a 25+ year career in product development, Gary has consulted executives and led teams at Dictaphone, Pitney Bowes, UPS, Bristol Babcock, Sikorsky, Phillips Medical as well as a range of emerging companies. In addition to hands-on work, Gary has provided expert witness consulting on software copyright infringement. Gary’s hands-on experience in design and project management, his knowledge of software and hardware, enable him to help clients take a system’s approach to product development and embrace a technology and product vision that will work in the marketplace.
Judi G. Otton. Principal
Judi consults on product development process, software development lifecycle and product management. She understands the management and business challenges involved in bringing new products to users. As an executive at ESPN, Judi led the application development organization in deploying applications across several Walt Disney business units, and in instituting effective development processes that reduced support and maintenance costs. At Transcentive (now ComputerShare), Judi helped launch their global product line, bringing new software products and services to market. As a former practitioner herself, Judi brings depth of hands-on management and development experience to clients in addressing the unique challenges they face in bringing their products/applications to market.
Michael H. Felberbaum. Principal
Michael Felberbaum consults on strategic marketing, business development and product positioning. As the former co-Executive Director of the Empowerment Group, Michael worked with the Philadelphia business community and Empowerment Group team to launch two new citywide entrepreneurship initiatives to grow the base of entrepreneurs in Philadelphia. Prior to the Empowerment Group, Michael worked with the CEO of the Chelsea Paper Company to launch the company’s e-business, ChelseaPaper.com, which was later acquired by Papyrus. Michael brings practical experience in strategic marketing, business development and growth strategy to companies who are bringing complex products to market.
