Their dedication and expertise never stops to amaze the clients they work with, and they are often asked back for new jobs. Jose Bscheider is a prime example of one of these people.

Jose has been a part of the Advanced Decisions team—working continuously with us for 10 years. His proven expertise in web-based applications, windows application development and real time embedded design has proved invaluable and makes up just a small part of what Jose is capable of. Jose graduated from the University of New Haven with a BS in Electrical Engineering. Enjoying himself so much; he decided to stay – earning his MS in Computer and Information Sciences. He was awarded two patents and worked in industry for 13 years prior to joining Advanced Decisions.

One of his favorite projects working at ADI was developing a Digital Telephony Data Simulator.

“I was in charge of the two extremes of the application, the low level OS and hardware interfacing and the opposite end: the user interface,” Jose said. “My wide range of experiences over the years is what allows me to be successful in projects with such breadth.”

When Jose is not busy working at Advanced Decisions, he is an active member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and enjoys skiing and sailing.
