Jose has been a part of the Advanced Decisions team—working continuously with us for 10 years. His proven expertise in web-based applications, windows application development and real time embedded design has proved invaluable and makes up just a small part of what Jose is capable of. Jose graduated from the University of New Haven with a BS in Electrical Engineering. Enjoying himself so much; he decided to stay – earning his MS in Computer and Information Sciences. He was awarded two patents and worked in industry for 13 years prior to joining Advanced Decisions.

The quality and excellence of our consultants is something that we are very proud of. Brad Oestreicher is one of our most valued consultants. He has been in the engineering business since '78, and is considered an expert in a variety of fields. His work with Advanced Decisions since the 90’s makes him the longest tenured consultant on staff. Brad's experience and loyalty speak to the quality of his work and the value he brings. When Advanced Decisions was commissioned to work on a specific project by a multi-national corporation, Brad’s deep knowledge and devotion to the job put him in charge of the development team.
